By accessing or utilizing the Ridley AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Ridley AI Corporation.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms indicates acceptance of the revised protocols.
2. Service Description & Autonomy
Ridley AI provides an autonomous property management infrastructure designed to optimize asset performance through real-time data analysis, predictive maintenance scheduling, and tenant interaction automation.
- Autonomous Execution: The system may execute routine maintenance requests and utility optimizations based on pre-defined thresholds.
- Strategic Analytics: AI-driven financial forecasting and rent optimization models are provided as decision-support tools.
- Platform Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows during low-traffic periods.
3. User Obligations
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and for all activities that occur under their account hierarchy.
Data Accuracy
The efficacy of Ridley AI's autonomous decisions depends on the accuracy of input data. Users must ensure all portfolio records are current.
Professional Conduct
The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to manipulate market dynamics through coordinated AI exploitation.
Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring that autonomous actions comply with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
4. Data Usage & AI Protocols
Ridley AI processes vast datasets to improve asset performance. Our AI protocols are designed with institutional privacy at their core.
Localized Training Models
Data provided is used to train localized models specific to your portfolio. While Ridley AI learns from aggregate anonymized trends across our network, your proprietary tenant data and strategic financial structures remain isolated and encrypted at the database level.
Note: AI-driven insights are predictive in nature. While Ridley AI maintains industry-leading accuracy, no model can account for unforeseen macroeconomic shifts or local force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Ridley AI proprietary algorithms, user interface, brand assets, and underlying neural network architecture, are the exclusive property of Ridley AI and its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the platform's AI logic is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RIDLEY AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
RIDLEY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE AUTONOMOUS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
For specific liability caps regarding Enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs), please refer to your separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
